We're flexible with hours but ask for roughly 20 hours minimum to start.

This role will be paid between $20.21 to $28.88 per hour in line with the Retail Awards.

This role will be ongoing and can be extended. Shifts will be Monday - Friday 7am-6pm (not outside of these hours). You'll need to have your own laptop and second screen, high speed and reliable internet connection.

What tasks will you be doing?

  • Customer Support: You'll be delivering a best in class customer experience in a high-volume, customer service environment through multiple channels. You will be focused on our delivery and payment based support enquiries. Handle all customer queries with the goal of providing an efficient, effective resolution while delighting our customers, going above and beyond to build loyalty and advocacy.
  • Working with Systems: You'll work with multiple platforms and tools efficiently to identify and resolve issues for our customers. Experience working with online systems (CRM, ticketing systems, order management software is ideal).

  • Drive and resillience: We operate in a fast paced and high pressure environment. You’ll need to have persistence and resilience in the face of obstacles and able to accept and learn from negative feedback.
  • Written communication: You’ll need to be able to clearly express yourself in written form using correct spelling and grammar.
  • Verbal communication: You’ll need to be able to clearly express yourself verbally and be capable of delivering project updates and presentations to groups of people.
