Responsibilities:
- Answer enquiries about membership, accounts, and our services via phone and email
- Field questions across a broad range of areas: billing, cancellations, guest experience, and host quality
- Ensure that Turo members receive the highest quality of service and that all issues are resolved in the shortest possible time
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Fluent in English
- Personable, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people and is able to handle conflicts and high-stress situations with grace
- Top-notch oral and written communication skills
- Must be customer centric and empathetic
- Strong customer service and dispute resolution skills
- Great problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Weekend and evening work
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Outstanding attention to detail, with strong ethic of personal responsibility
- You want to work at a company that will impact our society, transportation, and the environment.
- Experience using Slack, Zendesk, and Salesforce is a plus!
