About the role

Opportunity to join Domain's newly established Digital Partnership Group, our digital sales team. You'll work completely remotely and report to one of our Sales Leaders. Customer interactions will be via phone, email and video conference.

The AE will be responsible for the end-to-end virtual management of ~500 Domain accounts. This includes addressing queries, growing and retaining accounts. 

It will also have focus on solutions-based selling, providing clarity of options and pricing for Domain solutions to solve customer needs and address pain points through virtual channels.

    Account Retention and Expansion

    Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions

    Customer Query Handling

    Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams

    Pipeline Management

    Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals
