About the role

The Airline Marketing B2B team looks after our Australian Business flyers, from Small & Medium businesses with our Qantas Business Rewards loyalty program, to the ones flying under a large corporate deal. Every day we come to work and help businesses turn their travel into rewards with Qantas Points and savings on flights plus more.  

Join our team to help deliver key marketing initiatives. Day to day you’ll be working on coordinating the delivery of campaigns with internal copywriters, designers and data analysts, and communicating with our internal stakeholders across strategy, commercial, digital and loyalty marketing.  

Focus for the next 12 months: 

  • Build a community which engages and advocates QBR and flying Qantas for work,  
  • Drive growth of our active flyers base with strategic partnerships, offers and activations
  • Improve program comprehension to increase NPS, retention and drive share shift 
  • Support product development and improved CX functions to ensure utilisation/value

Looking for someone with the following skills: 

  • Strong time management, ability to work on multiple projects at one time and experience working across digital channels and with a varied multi-stakeholder audience,  
  • Passion for Small and Medium Business growth in Australia, and customer focused are a plus.

    Campaign Support

    Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution

  • ✏️

    Copywriting and Content Creation

    Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion
