About the role
We are hiring a highly creative Digital Marketing Designer to join our team. You will create designs for marketing collateral on paid & owned channels. The ideal fit will be able to solve problems with a creative flair & have demonstrated experience with various platforms. Skills with motion graphics/animation & strong Adobe Suite skills are required.
The role reports to our Marketing Manager & is a hybrid role.
Create designs for marketing collateral on paid, owned, & internal channels.
Create designs across all customer touch-points, including but not limited to web pages, Social (LinkedIn, Twitter), eDM’s, HTML banners, motion & internal/external print material.
Edit & maintain website content using WordPress (Elementor)
Develop motion graphics & animations to enhance marketing content.
Design & develop marketing materials, including social media, website, email, & whitepapers.
What skills & experiences you'll need:
Minimum 1/3+ year experience
Adept in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in digital marketing design (web pages, eDM’s, social media & motion/video editing)
Highly creative with platform mix best practices, motion graphics/animations
Experience in product marketing collateral, whitepapers, PDFs, decks, or proposal designs
Relevant tertiary studies or short courses in their earlier career stage are favourable
Strong problem-solving & creative thinking skills
Good understanding of digital marketing best practices

Create visual content (print and digital) that communicates key messages, while adhering to a brand’s guidelines
Create visual identities including logos, typography, and other elements to bring a brand to life
