About the role
Our Organisation Transformation team within Human Capital are a team passionate about supporting our clients in delivering greater value and impact. This includes our Adaptable Organisations team which specialises in working with our clients on a range of organisation design activities
What you'll be responsible for

Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives

Organizational Design
Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition

Client Communication and Relationship Building
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services
