About the role
Reporting to our ANZ Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Prezzee’s mid-sized brand relationships in Australia & New Zealand. Think of yourself as the maestro of partnerships—conducting negotiations, strengthening connections, and driving strategies that align with Prezzee's ambitious goals. This is a Sydney or Melbourne based role. We are a hybrid workplace, working Mon-Thurs in office and from home on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Be the face of Prezzee for our mid-sized brand partners—leading negotiations and building profitable, long-lasting relationships.
- Dive deep into our partners' businesses to uncover tactical and strategic opportunities for collaboration.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to amplify value for our partners through killer promotions and streamlined solutions.
- Deliver impactful business insights to senior stakeholders, board members, and partners.
Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies that attract new mid-sized brand partners to the Prezzee party.
- Craft compelling pitch decks and wow potential partners with your negotiation prowess.
- Ensure every new brand partner has a smooth onboarding journey into the Prezzee universe.
- Qualify inbound partnership opportunities like the pro you are.
Operations
- Revolutionize workflows to boost efficiency for everyone involved.
- Be the go-to guru for day-to-day partner escalations.
- Collaborate with Legal, Tech, Data, and Finance to ensure all brand partners are fully supported.
- Deliver accurate budgets and forecasts like a financial wizard.
- Work alongside our global teams (US, UK, and beyond) to help Prezzee grow internationally.
About You:
- A lateral thinker with creative solutions for negotiations and customer experiences.
- A relationship ninja—able to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver results.
- Commercially savvy with a strong focus on customer centricity.
- A high-energy go-getter who loves achieving big goals.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business, or corporate development.
- A track record of successful deal-making and commercial structuring.
- Stellar communication and relationship skills to keep partners engaged and satisfied.

Outbound Prospecting
Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
