About the role
Job Description
We currently seek an enthusiastic and creative Marketer to join the Marketing team in our Melbourne office, to focus specifically on the growth and development of our Australasian Retail business.
The Role As a member of our friendly, high performing team, the successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and be responsible for:
- The development and execution of scheme/association/segment specific marketing plans, including campaign development, copywriting, graphic design, database management, distribution channel management (including social media and online), video development, thought leadership development, trade show coordination and client event coordination.
- Assisting in the delivery of additional ad hoc marketing requests from the Affinity, Commercial and Private Client teams on a case-by-case basis, including prioritising of such requests.
- Liaising with clients and insurers as required.
- Measuring and evaluating the results of all marketing activities to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring usage of the Willis/WTW brand to ensure accuracy and consistency in the presentation of our brand to the market.
- Involvement in project work as a member of the broader marketing team; and
- Undertaking key administrative tasks that help to keep the Marketing department running.
Qualifications

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
