- Contribute to innovative HR initiatives that support the growth and success of Qantas, while building a strong foundation for your career in aviation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement people strategies that drive operational excellence and enhance the overall employee experience at Qantas
- Embark on a two-year rotational program based at our Mascot Campus As one of Australia’s largest employers, our Human Resources team plays a pivotal role in partnering with the business to deliver both our people strategy. To be eligible to apply to our 2025/26 cohort, you must –
- Be in your final year of study_ or; y_ou have completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate study with a Major in Human Resources or similar in the last 2 years
- Maintained a credit average or above
- Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2025 or February 2026

Meet the team
The People team supports the business, interprets new requirements of the functional units, and implements seamless cross-functional processes across the group. They also support the pipeline of innovation activity from business leads and facilitate Workday community participation.
