About the role
About the Role Take the first step in your career. Learn, grow, be more at BDO! Join BDO as an Accounting Vacationer in our Business Services team in January 2026.
As a vacationer you’ll see first hand how our Business Services team work closely with clients of all types and sizes, in every sector - construction, retail, hospitality, not-for-profit - and provide a range of personalised accounting, tax and compliance, and advisory services.
In your role you will be exposed to a wide range of accounting services such as, bookkeeping, payroll, preparation of activity statements, income tax returns and financial statements, and have the opportunity to liaise with the ATO on behalf of clients, and draft client, prepare documents for client meetings and more.

What you’ll offer:
- Your knowledge from your current studies – Accounting, Commerce or relevant undergraduate degree.
- You be in your penultimate or final year!
- Your availability to commence in January 2026 for 4 weeks. Length of program and available intakes may vary in each location.

Prepare tax returns, forms, and other documents for clients
