About the role
**What will your typical day look like? **
As a Consultant in our Engineering, AI & Data team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design innovative solutions, and drive the successful adoption of technology in our client organisations. • Engage with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and strategic goals. • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define technical specifications for projects. • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gain insights into user needs. • Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows. • Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and engineers to design and implement data-driven solutions and AI models. • Analyse large datasets to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. • Assist in project management, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet specified requirements. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical business analysis, AI, and data analytics. Enough about us, let’s talk about you. Some of the skills, experience, and capabilities you will have: • 1-3 years experience in Technical Business Analyst roles across the end-to-end data management value chain. • Strong understanding of data, AI and analytics concepts and technologies, and software development life cycles. • Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Proficiency in data modeling, requirements analysis, and process mapping. • Strong client engagement skills, with experience of working with executives and building positive, trusted relationships with them. • Project delivery experience • Ability to link industry-specific business requirements to solutions. • Ability to recommend best practice processes, governance, organisational and operating models. • Experience in a consulting environment, across diverse domains. • Experience successfully onboarding a complex solution to BAU business and technical stakeholders • Experience working with both technical and business teams. • Strong analytical and organisational skills and the ability to handle working on high-priority, projects that deliver quality outcomes while meet schedules on time.
