Are you a motivated sales leader looking for your next big challenge? Stryker’s Trauma team in Sydney is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, build high-performing teams, and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across your region
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on customer and market trends
- Recruit, train, and mentor Territory Managers
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
What You Will Need Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health or something similar
Minimum 2 years of sales or sales management experience
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth
A passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
A strategic mindset with the ability to drive initiatives at a national level. Preferred:
