Are you a motivated sales leader looking for your next big challenge? Stryker’s Trauma team in Sydney is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, build high-performing teams, and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets across your region
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on customer and market trends
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Territory Managers
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity

What You Will Need Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health or something similar

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or sales management experience

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth

  • A passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive initiatives at a national level. Preferred:
