About the role
You’ll work across a range of projects including designing culture plans, organisational structures, management development, capability frameworks, workforce strategy/plans and so much more. Our People Advisory team deliver a full spectrum of services and projects across areas such as Change Management, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning and Strategy, Culture, Learning and Leadership. Our division in Sydney is looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to join the team. You’ll be in great company with a team of professionals who are at the top of their game and genuinely love what they do. We are looking for a like-minded individual who has ideally worked as a Senior Consultant within People Advisory Services gained in the professional services industry and want to take the next step in their career.
