About the role

What this opportunity involves:  As a Concierge team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing authentic and first-class service that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and customers. As the first point of contact, you are responsible for welcoming customers and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. 

You'll be based at The Loft, South Yarra's only commercial space. A landmark office tower that signals a new level of workplace sophistication in the freshly developed precinct. You'll be part of a three-person team responsible for keeping operations running smoothly by offering client, visitor, and administrative support, as well as executing duties to the highest standards.

An overview of the role: 

  • Providing a unique welcoming experience for all guests, customers and visitors
  • Handle internal & external calls and correspondence.
  • Be the go-to specialist for all customer & guest enquiries
  • Set up and break down of meeting rooms and events
  • Assist in organising and coordinating events and orientations
  • Food and beverage co-ordination
  • Conference Centre IT set up

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for: 

  • The role is full time Monday - Friday
  • You’ll have some experience working either in a hospitality or customer service delivery role & you’ll bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL.
  • You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.
  • You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build a good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel is essential
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
