  • Responsible for servicing portfolio of clients driving strong customer service experience to achieve retention & growth aspirations in line with clear KPI’s
  • Advocate for customers using technical broking knowledge & insurer relationships to achieve the best outcome for customers
  • Partner with internal & external stakeholders to create value that exceeds customer expectations
  • Cultivate and develop relationships with insurer partners and clients leading to new opportunities & strengthen existing relationships
  • Participate in continuous professional development and mentoring sessions to keep knowledge & broking skills up to date

Skills and experience that will lead to success ** ** Leverage your general insurance knowledge to drive client retention & portfolio growth through direct and existing channel partnerships in line with the growth & retention strategy.

  • Independent operator, high emotional intelligence with strong negotiation, communication and time management skills
  • A self-starter who is adaptable, focussed and self-disciplined, with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
  • Technical knowledge of general insurance products required by small businesses in Australia
  • RG146 Tier 1 qualification (desired)
  • 1-2 years proven experience servicing general insurance renewal portfolio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
