About the role

About the Role:

The role is aimed to support the operations with the assigned key accounts to ensure sustainable sales growth through strong forecasting and business analysis. The role supports Ferrero business development and helps to accumulate foundational skills in Key Account management. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide relevant support in execution of Ferrero business sales strategies with relevant customer
  • Support in managing trade spend and be responsible for loading accurate accruals into SAP TM system
  • Timely and accurately manage the claims process, hold responsibility for trade spend and claim management
  • Handle forecasting, promotional analysis, support with relevant insights to ensure customer forecast is accurate and etc
  • Manage regular reporting and be responsible for completing daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required, ensuring all key stakeholders receive them in a timely manner
  • Support field communications and complete field activation briefs for all key activations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Understand range performance and provide recommendations based on category performance
  • Assist in launching key Ferrero campaigns
  • Develop cross-functional understanding within the Ferrero organisation and communicate with both, key internal and external stakeholders to maximise the execution of the Ferrero business strategy with the relevant customer
  • Provide relevant support and be responsible for completing customer paperwork accurately and timely in relation to promotional submission forms

Who we are looking for:

  • High orientation to detail, analytical capabilities, and result orientation
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, cross-teams collaboration skills, effective time management and high adaptability to changing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different teams, with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Excel), SAP proficiency is a strong plus
  • Commercial experience, preferably in field sales or sales coordination roles in FMCG industry is highly desired
