We provide a broad range of banking and financial services in these markets, including consumer, business and institutional banking and wealth management services.

About the role

Our mission in Private Wealth is to deliver enduring financial advantages to our clients by providing insights, expertise, and opportunities that help them grow, manage, and protect their wealth. We strive to create lasting partnerships with a deep understanding of their banking, lending and wealth needs, enabling us to offer a truly compelling, holistic, and bespoke financial service.

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated people to join our team. Reporting to the Director - Client Services, you will partner with Private Bankers, focussed on retaining and growing new and existing client relationships in the High Net Worth (HNW) segment. You will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of our service proposition, ensuring client satisfaction and driving financial performance, including our Global Investment Service offering.

Key responsibilities will be to develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and HNW clients, support client acquisition and growth, promote digital offerings, manage client setup and onboarding, log and manage complaints, accurately record client interactions in line with policy, maintain portfolio information within risk controls, and drive financial performance.

This includes leave to organise adoptions, surrogacy, and foster care arrangements. And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled.

What do I need? To be set up for success as the preferred candidate, you will need to demonstrate:
