About the Team : TikTok's Client Partners are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. With a focus on Australia ecommerce brands, we're looking for Client Partners with knowledge and expertise in product and performance advertising to support brands to scale as well as their overseas growth.

Responsibilities : - Identify, prioritise and secure business opportunities - Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients through a consultative approach - Create compelling sales propositions and presentations utilising internal and external data for respective regions - Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service - Orchestrate seamless campaign execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams - Proactively enhance campaign performance, taking the lead to monitor and analyse ad capaigns - Update clients on TikTok products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : - Indicatively, you have 5+ years of platform and industry experience, with a combination of retail and ecommerce client experience - You have an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling through your expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing - You can talk brand, performance and ad-tech and are passionate about creativity and TikTok. - You have a strong foundational knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying

Preferred Qualifications : - You can demonstrate a track record of winning the support of key stakeholders and in reaching and exceeding sales goals. - You thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment - You are an excellent communicator and presenter - You have a strong attention to detail and a knack for problem solving and out of the box thinking
