Our strategic operations heritage means we’ve always known that a plan is only as good as the outcome it inspires. In practice, our teams bring the perspective, understanding, and hands-on know-how to build the future as you see it. Working together we’ll see big ideas through to working realities, helping you move from keeping up to breaking through.
About the role
There is no standard model for Kearney consultants. We look for talented problem-solvers with intellectual curiosity who are ready to be active members of a client team. The global Ignite team thinks like a strategy house but innovates like a startup. We put great emphasis on designing and executing customer inspired ideas, together with our clients. Being part of Kearney ignite means being more than a consultant, it means you are a business builder.
