About the role
As a sales consultant at Carma, you won’t just be selling cars, you’ll be helping us completely revolutionise the used car market in Australia! You’ll be the voice of Carma to our customers, using empathy and authenticity to build trust over the phone and match people with the perfect car.
What you'll be responsible for
Customer Advocacy and Feedback
Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
Customer Query Handling
Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams
Skills you'll need
Bounces back from stressful experiences while being optimistic, emotionally aware, and adapts to change
Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems

Our Head of Sales is Jess de Vries, who is no stranger to the e-comm and marketplace world - she was previously Head of Sales at Gumtree! You’ll work closely with your team members including Cynthia Luo and Josh Cheng.
