Regional Manager – Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. As our Regional Manager – Craniomaxillofacial (CMF), you’ll take on a national leadership role, overseeing a team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand. This is your opportunity to shape strategy, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing team in a role that truly makes a difference. Location: Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne What You Will Do 🔹 Lead a national team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand, fostering a high-performance culture. 🔹 Drive the strategic direction and execution of sales plans to achieve growth objectives. 🔹 Build and strengthen relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, and industry stakeholders. 🔹 Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand our CMF presence. 🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support and service.

What You Will Need Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health or something similar
  • Minimum 4 years of sales or sales management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth
  • A passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive initiatives at a national level.

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical or health care industry
