About the role
As the People & Culture Business Partner - Major Projects you will be accountable for providing proactive high-quality human resources advice and support to the business, ensuring the effective and consistent implementation and delivery of People & Culture strategies and initiatives. The People and Culture Business Partner is a single point of contact for the Major Projects business unit, working closely with leadership teams to achieve shared organisational goals, including the designing, and implementing People and Culture systems and processes that support strategic business aims.

Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
