About the role

This role contributes to the University’s strategic transformation program of operational service delivery and will focus on the transformation of the HR function.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the HR leadership and cross-functional teams identifying opportunities to reshape and improve HR services, drive solutions, implementation and training.

    Workforce Data Analysis and Insight

    Analyze workforce data and provide insights to clients on talent management, employee engagement, and other HR-related issues

    Business Development Support

    Contribute to new business development by conducting research, writing proposals, and developing supporting materials

    Change Management

    Plan, implement, and guide the smooth transition of technology, people, strategy, and processes within an organization
