About the role
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the delivery and execution of campaigns and activity, focused on informing our members of business-critical events, compliance, service communications and any tactical campaigns. The communications strategy will be executed predominantly via member journeys in Salesforce, which will need to be designed to help inform, educate, engage, and ultimately retain members with HCF.
