About the role
The PIC Claims Performance team exists to support the delivery of best-in-class claims and injury management across the personal injury schemes in which we operate in Australia. This is done using data driven and fact-based analytical advice that drives changes in behaviours and processes. We are here to improve our Claims Performance by getting better claimant outcomes.
