About the role

The Campaigns Automation Specialist role is an amazing opportunity for a creative and innovative specialist to join the Qudos Bank team! This role will be pivotal in enhancing the customer experience (CX) at Qudos Bank by leading campaign development, execution, and optimisation. This role actively supports lead generation, customer nurture and retention efforts.

    Project Coordination

    Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project

    Campaign Support

    Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
