About the role
As a Data Analyst will see you extract and visualise the rich data sources of our voicebots, chatbots and human-assisted contact centre data across the nib group to provide detailed, impactful reports and visualisations. The role will uncover the interactions of our customers across our products and those that point to our products (think mobile apps, member portal, website).

Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions

Use SQL to query databases to extract and process data
