About the role

What’s the role? As part of the Property Finance Portfolio Management Team your razor-sharp credit analysis skills and strong property insights will be put to use for large private property companies and unlisted property fund managers. Working with Relationship Managers, you’ll meet with property investors and developers and provide high quality written credit submissions and input into loan structuring.   What will I do?

Working collaboratively with Analysts, product experts, Relationship Managers & Credit Managers, you will initiate and structure a range of property finance transactions while enjoying a unique blend of analytical and entrepreneurial challenges. Additionally you will:  

  • Look into risk profiling, financial analysis (including development feasibility and property cash-flow modelling) and related credit submission activities to support upcoming deals
  • Complete reports compiling the analysis and rationale for supporting debt requirements ranging from $10m to $200m for property finance customers
  • Work independently and have responsibility for timely and accurate completion of complex property finance transactions. 
  • Act as a role model for other members of the team, and assist with on-the-job training and workflow management of Credit Analyst tasks
  • Prior experience in a Professional Working Environment, preferably in the commercial and corporate banking field with existing experience in writing credit submissions
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Property
