About the role
Our Franchising Lawyers have worked with hundreds of franchisors (bo th Australian and international) to help grow their Australian franchise network. We assist with establishing franchise systems and the ongoing work that follows, including drafting negotiating grants, renewals, and surrenders. We also assist clients with franchise buybacks and sales, franchising related disputes, as well as any other commercial legal needs they may have. To ensure you get a variety of work, you will also be assisting with some Intellectual Property matters, and other matters our Franchisor clients require.

Legal Document Drafting and Review
Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts and policies

Legal Research
Conduct legal and factual research to collate findings, and inform business and legal decisions.

Review laws and standards to implement, update and maintain the organization’s policies, standards, and procedures.
