About the role
As Forage’s legal and operations analyst, you will work closely with the VP Operations to manage and scale the two critical operations functions at Forage: People and Legal. You will work closely with leaders across the business to empower all Forage’s functions and continue to make Forage a great place to work. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne with the potential to transition to the US at some point in the future.

Legal Document Drafting and Review
Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts and policies

Legal Research
Conduct legal and factual research to collate findings, and inform business and legal decisions.

Legal Operations
Review laws and standards to implement, update and maintain the organization’s policies, standards, and procedures.
