About the role
Joining the dynamic and rapidly expanding landscape of GROW, you'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment where you'll continuously be updating products features, measuring outcomes, learning, and iterating new improvements. What you'll be responsible for

Technology Solution Design and Development
Design and develop customized technology solutions, such as software applications, databases, networks, and platforms

Leading of UX and UI Design
Lead the design of product features underpinned by UX and UI Design principles to create desired user-centred experiences

Customer Journey Insight Development
Understand a brand’s customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes, to drive strategy for positive customer experience
