About the role

Reporting to the Head of Payroll, Australia you will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders. You will manage a team of onshore payroll officers as well as have the support of an offshore team to manage the delivery of payroll processing including systems, services and activities to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries and maintenance of related records to comply with organisational and legal/statutory requirements.

    Payroll Processing and Administration

    Process payroll through banking or other software, calculating payroll amounts, and resolving payroll related inquiries

    Data Management and Visualization

    Create and maintain the organization’s Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders
