About the role

Instant is looking for a Support Engineer to deliver technical onboarding and support for all new brands and existing customers.

What you'll be responsible for

    Cloud and Network Technical Support

    Provide knowledgeable guidance and troubleshooting support for clients' adoption of cloud and network technologies

    Testing and Debugging

    Ensure software reliability through thorough testing and resolving functional or technical issues

    Implementation and Onboarding

    Manage the timely setup and implementation of product/service to help customers meet their goals and drive product adoption
