About the role

Instructional design is your game, and innovation is your mindset. You’ll be working with the Capability Partner and Specialist and identifying the right learning artefact or on the job tool that delivers on the learners needs in their environment. Skills across video, e-learn, animation, document design, infographics and facilitation tools are a must. Your communication style is clear and simple and you have knack for making the complex, easy! We like to shake, rattle and challenge the status quo here, so a love for new impactful ways to transfer knowledge is highly valued with the right balance of being pragmatic, efficient and valuing substance and style.

    Project Coordination

    Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project

    Leading of UX and UI Design

    Lead the design of product features underpinned by UX and UI Design principles to create desired user-centred experiences

    Customer Journey Insight Development

    Understand a brand’s customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes, to drive strategy for positive customer experience
