About the role
You’ll learn about technical support for enterprise-class SAS installations. You’ll learn about the complex interactions and dependencies between multiple SAS system components, servers, applications, security providers, storage systems, hardware, and third-party products. With this knowledge you’ll be able to resolve SAS customer issues and influence software direction.
