About the role

The person in this role will maintain strong relationships with our advisers and investors and ensure that agreed SLAs are adhered to, client issues will be addressed and services continually improved. They will responsible for having complex conversations regarding share trading, managed investments and superannuation enquiries for new and existing wealth clients.

    Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
