Why Reserve Bank of Australia

Its duty is to contribute to the stability of the currency, full employment, and the economic prosperity and welfare of the Australian people. It does this by conducting monetary policy to meet an agreed medium-term inflation target, working to maintain a strong financial system and efficient payments system, and issuing the nation's banknotes.

The RBA provides certain banking services as required to the Australian Government and its agencies, and to a number of overseas central banks and official institutions. Additionally, it manages Australia's gold and foreign exchange reserves.

About the role

You will be part of a small specialist team providing a significant positive impact for the Bank. You will be led by two Heads of Employee Relations with a strategic focus. They will work closely to support you in your short and long term career objectives and learnings. You will also be part of an engaging and collaborative Human Resources team, a group of specialists in their own areas of expertise with a similar goal to deliver the best outcomes for the bank.
