About the role
The Social and Community Experience Lead will use best practices, industry knowledge, and data to deliver a SoComm experience that educates and engages our customers. We’re looking for an experienced candidate with a creative, strategic, and analytical mindset that will help take our social (currently closed Facebook groups) and community channels to the next level.

Create visual and written content that is optimized for social media channels to achieve specific goals

Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads

Build and maintain positive and functional relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of a project or goal
