About the role
As the Selection Program Manager, you will be passionate about getting hands-on with data and processes to identify and act on opportunity areas that deliver continuous improvement in your workstreams. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and able to work autonomously within a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment. They will be able to effectively use written and verbal communication at both a strategic and tactical level to drive continual progress within projects and workstreams.
