About the role
You will join a fast paced and broad practice, acting on a range of general commercial litigation matters, including for corporations as well as directors and officers in securities claims and class actions, general corporate/financial services disputes, regulatory investigations, civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other regulators, and criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets.

Conduct legal and factual research to collate findings, and inform business and legal decisions.
