About the role
As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of crafting strategic people plans that align with our business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with leaders in Engineering, Technology, and AIML, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and fostering true partnerships.

Understand and develop a strong and cohesive organizational culture

Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters

Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
