About the role

What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

  • Setting strategy for triggered communication flows using Pardot & Braze
  • Working with technical teams to automate programs for efficiency and scale 
  • Prioritising stakeholder requests against our team’s capacity
  • Communicating strategy & decisions to senior stakeholders

You're probably a match if

  • You possess team leadership/management experience - this role will have a team of 3 direct reports
  • B2B Systems integration experience - understanding of the landscape of B2B communications tools such as Pardot and Braze
  • Messaging Craft - understanding of how to add value to a users’ experience via lifecycle
  • Technical Skill - experience creating triggers where data inputs were not yet native to marketing tool
  • Automation mindset - create solutions that scale wins despite complexity in the offering across global contexts
  • Understands the magic of Canva - consider our unique value proposition and work that into recommendations for programs that are uniquely Canva
  • Business Rigor - ability to forecast potential impact and prioritise the highest potential ideas 
  • Builds Effective Relationships across the matrixed org
  • SaaS experience required
