About the role
The Opportunity Business Partner with Senior Management, providing accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights to drive achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end accounting, reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting of corporate costs (Opex and Capex) for allocated departments
- Analyse and interpret results to provide quality insight to senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal customers / stakeholders
- Driving improvement initiatives to simplify, streamline & document transactional tasks
- Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members
- Embed a culture of strong control and risk compliance ensuring adherence to Accounting Policies and internal controls including balance sheet recs and analytical reviews.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in corporate / cost accounting, planning, and business partnering is desirable.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and influence strong partnerships at all levels across the organization.
- A naturally curious & inquisitive individual with the desire to understand and effectively communicate the “WHY” behind the numbers.
- An autonomous self-starter who is solutions focused and demonstrates a high level of Commercial Awareness and personal accountability.
- CA or CPA qualified, or working towards this.
