About the role

OPPORTUNITY

As the HR & Payroll Administrator for LVMH Watches & Jewellery in Australia, you will support the HR team in managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle for our brands, including TAG Heuer, Zenith, Hublot, Chaumet, and FRED. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist in HR operations & payroll administration. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations Support:

Assist with HR operations related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management support. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll data entry and reporting for approximately 200 employees across multiple brands. Coordinate with external payroll providers to manage payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain an understanding of Australian employment laws and regulations to assist in ensuring compliance in HR operations. Employee Lifecycle Support:

Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Administer payroll processes, including data entry for calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Assist in managing employee benefits programs and liaise with external vendors as needed. HRIS Management:

Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for HR analytics and compliance purposes. Employee Relations Support:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR operations and payroll/compliance. Basic understanding of Australian employment laws and regulations. Experience in assisting with payroll processes, preferably with an external payroll provider. Proficiency in data entry for payroll processing and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HR operations. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
