About the role

We’re searching for a Performance Marketer to join the Hatch Growth & Marketing team.  We are looking for someone who has a strong analytical mindset and is passionate about paid channels to drive growth. 

You will manage our growing paid acquisition budget across a variety of channels such as Programmatic Job Boards, Meta, Google Ads, and experimenting with other channels along the way. This role requires ownership, autonomous decision-making, and an eye for data.

You'll be a key driver candidate and employer growth, having a pulse on what levers are required to drive marketplace health, and ensure efficient spending of our marketing budget.

    Manages pay-per-click advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation, and analysis of ad performance

    Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences
