  • Office | Haymarket, NSW, AU · We are located in the Sydney Scale Up Hub steps from Central Station and lots of public transportation options. We ask that for the first few weeks, you work 3x shifts per week from our HQ, and we can accomodate hybrid wfh options thereafter.

Why we need you

We are reaching a busy time in our sales cycle so we are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales and Customer Success Coordinator to join on a part time/casual basis. We want you to help us by reaching out to our current customers to coordinate meetings, training and sales renewal meetings. We also need your help connecting with new schools to tell them about Mathspace / book meetings for our sales team.

What you'll be responsible for

    Account Retention and Expansion

    Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions

    Pipeline Management

    Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals
