About the role
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Creative Strategist with a strong focus on ad design to join CMMN. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in creative thinking, strategic planning, and expertise in design tools. 🚀
Key Responsibilities 🔍
Develop Creative Ad Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to understand business objectives, target audiences, and market trends. Create comprehensive and innovative strategies that effectively communicate the brand message through visually compelling ad designs.
Concept Development: Generate original and compelling design concepts for ad campaigns. Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with clear rationale and strategic insights.
Ad Design Execution: Lead the creation and execution of high-quality ad designs across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and broadcast. Ensure designs are aligned with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices. Incorporate new and innovative approaches into ad designs and strategies.
Design and Creative Tools:
- Photoshop: For creating and editing high-quality ad images and graphics.
- Illustrator: For designing vector-based graphics and illustrations.
- InDesign: For creating layouts for print and digital ads.
- Premiere Pro: For editing video ads.
- After Effects: For creating motion graphics and visual effects in video ads.
- Canva: For designing quick, professional-looking ads, especially for social media.
- Figma: For designing and prototyping digital ads, UI/UX design.
