About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Executive to join our Acquisition team and support our Director of Sales, Dan McLean. In this role, you will drive our sales pipeline, focus on building strong relationships, and solve problems rather than just closing deals. You will nurture leads, initiate outbound calls, and ensure a consistent communication cadence based on set KPIs.

Day to Day:
- Support the Director of Sales in executing sales strategies and managing leads through the sales funnel.
- Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to achieve company revenue objectives
- Prospect for strategic opportunities via referrals, events, cold calls and email
- Handle inbound marketing qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Effectively use Hubspot to track pipeline, key metrics and forecasts
- Be willing to be measured on key pipeline metrics, including closed deals
- Be a subject-matter-expert and evangelist of the MyPass technology platform
- Be a highly organised and structured thinker
- Have strong verbal communication skills
- Build great working relationships with partners and internal MyPass stakeholders
- Display a high degree of initiative and drive
- Understand key buying personas and their drivers
- Demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients

Measures of Success:
- First converted deal within 6 months (PO received)
- First enterprise deal (>500 workers) secured with six months of commencement
- 7-10 demo meetings / prospect calls per week
- 1 converted sale per month
- $1M revenue generated in FY25

Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
