About the role
We’re searching for our first Performance Marketer to build out and lead our paid acquisition strategy. We are looking for someone who has a strong analytical mindset and is passionate about paid channels to drive growth.
You will manage our growing paid acquisition budget across a variety of channels such as Programmatic Job Boards, Meta, Google Ads, and experimenting with other channels along the way. This role requires ownership, autonomous decision-making, and an eye for data.
You'll be a key driver candidate and employer growth, having a pulse on what levers are required to drive marketplace health, and ensure efficient spending of our marketing budget.
We have ambitious growth plans, and looking for someone who is excited set up the foundations, and help scale out the function and the team as the company grows. You'll be to be hands on from day one, with the goal of building out & leading a best in class paid acquisition team.
