About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. From planning a flawless rollout to driving adoption & ongoing use, you’ll be our customer’s go-to resource for best practice & a trusted advisor.

A key part of your role will be helping School Executives structure & manage school wide Atomi deployments, coaching senior teachers on Atomi’s methodology, innovative pedagogy & helping to develop change management strategies that maximise adoption, self-sufficiency & phenomenal student results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You’ll bring the perfect blend of energy & professionalism to make every customer experience special
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, training, attend onsite meetings, building personal & productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Use data, analysis & insights to proactively manage customer activation
  • Coach customers to be product experts on Atomi platform
  • Partner the Sales team to improve customer experience, drive referral sales

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Customer-facing customer success, account management or sales organisation
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven track record in a professional customer service, dynamic, start-up environment
  • Commercially minded, understanding of subscription renewals & sales cycles
  • Valid WWCC. We are happy to cover costs if you do not hold a current WWCC

Bonus points

  • Experience in teaching, educational leadership or education sector
  • An understanding of school operations, budgets & processes
